
Governor Strongly Denounces Quetta Blast

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Augst,2016) : Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Eng. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on Monday strongly condemned a bomb blast at Civil Hospital Quetta and expressed his deep shock and sorrow over the loss of precious innocent lives. In a statement, the Governor expressed heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved families and termed the blast a cowardly and heinous act of terror. The Governor said that such terror attacks could never deter the national resolve to eliminate militancy and menace of terrorism from the country. He said those who kill innocent people deserve no leniency and will be brought to the court of justice at any cost.
He said that nation stands united with Pak Army and other security forces in the war against terrorism. The Governor said the operation against terrorists to curb the wave of militancy and terrorism will continue till the elimination of last terrorist. He also prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and courage to the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with patience.
