Govt Considering To Take Samjhota Express Matter To International Court Of Justice: Law Minister

Law minister Barrister Farogh Nasim has said government is considering to take up Samjhota Express matter with International Court of Justice.Law minister said this in an interview here
ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th March, 2019) Law minister Barrister Farogh Nasim has said government is considering to take up Samjhota Express matter with International Court of Justice.Law minister said this in an interview here.
He held that the cases against the opposition leaders have not been registered by the incumbent government but these were registered during previous tenures.
He underlined that government could not give any relief to opposition in corruption cases because the cases are sub-judice.He remarked several meetings were held with opposition in connection with amendment in NAB laws but opposition is not ready to extend any cooperation to government on this count.Responding to a question he said this impression is wrong that government was trying to give a new shape to 18th constitutional amendment.
