Govt Keen To Improve Life Standard Of Tribal People: MNA

Member National Assembly from Bajaur Gul Dad Khan has said the federal and the provincial governments were keen to improve the standard of life in the tribal districts and the people would see some visible changes in their areas.

The MNA stated this while talking to reporters during his visit to the under construction 132 KV grid station here in Khar on Tuesday.

A group of senior party workers including PTI Bajaur development project coordinator Mohammad Ayub Khan accompanied the law maker who inspected several sites of the under construction 132 KV grid station.

The senior officials of the Tribal electric supply company (Tesco) and relevant officials of the construction briefed the MNA about the status of the project.

He told the MNA that the construction work of the USAID sponsored 132 KV grid stations, launched in January, 2016, with an estimated cast of Rs 891 million.The MNA on the occasion directed the officials to monitor the construction work on regular bases to ensure quality and standard of work of the project.
