Govt To Table Proposed Judicial Reforms In Next Session Of Parliament: Prime Minister's Special Assistant On Media, Iftikhar Durrani

Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Media, Iftikhar Durrani Tuesday said that the government would table proposed judicial reforms to improve efficiency of judicial system and make amendments in civil law in the next session of Parliament
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2019 ) :Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Media, Iftikhar Durrani Tuesday said that the government would table proposed judicial reforms to improve efficiency of judicial system and make amendments in civil law in the next session of Parliament.
Talking to private news channel , he said that the main objective of this amendment was to provide rapid justice to the public.
The government of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf was committed to ensure equal justice and law for all whether the person belongs to rich or poor community.
Iftikihar Durrani said that Minister for Law, Farukhh Naseem was working on these amendments which were on final stage.
He said the courts will decide the cases within one year after the introduction of reforms.
He said that major reforms were being made in various sectors to bring relief to the common man in a short time.
