LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2020 ) :Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said on Wednesday the Punjab government would take all possible steps to stabilize the sugar price.

In a statement, he said that unreasonable increase in sugar price would not be tolerated.

It was top priority of the PTI government to provide maximum relief to the people, he added.

He said that food, agriculture and industry departments should take steps to stabilize sugar price through an effective coordination.

The CM said there was no shortage of sugar in the province and stocks were available more than the demand.
