Heavy Rain Lashes AJK

MIRPUR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Apr, 2018 ) , April 8 (APP):Various areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), including semi-hilly city of Mirpur, received the first heavy downpour of summer Sunday.
The much-predicted torrential rains started in the morning and continued till afternoon intermittently.
According to reports, the rain affected electricity, roads and telecommunication system in various areas of the Mirpur division and uprooting of trees at several places because of the wind storm.
