Hyderabad Development Authority Warns Gulistan-e-Sarmast Allottees To Clear Dues By Dec.31

The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has issued last warning to the defaulter allottees of Gulistan-e-Sarmast housing scheme for clearance of the dues by December 31.

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Dec, 2018 ) :The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) has issued last warning to the defaulter allottees of Gulistan-e-Sarmast housing scheme for clearance of the dues by December 31.

The HDA's spokesman informed here on Thursday that after the deadline the allotment of plots of the defaulters would be cancelled.He also informed that the allottees of the block numbers 1 to 5 would be handed over the possession from January 1.

The spokesman said the development work in the scheme was in the final stages.

He claimed that the reason of the delay in completing the development was the delay in payment of the dues by the allottees.

He said the construction of roads and laying of the drainage network in Kohsar Extension Housing Scheme had been completed while the HDA had paid the dues to Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) and Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) for gas and electric supply.

The spokesman added that 80 percent work of roads and 65 percent of water supply and drainage in Gulistan-e-Sarmast had been completed.
