IGP Visits Fountain House

Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr Syed Kaleem Imam visited the Fountain House here on Wednesday.
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jun, 2018 ) :Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr Syed Kaleem Imam visited the Fountain House here on Wednesday.
DIG operations Lahore Shahzad Akbar and PSO to IG Afzaal Ahmed Kausar also accompanied the IG.
The IG was briefed by the Fountain House administration about working of its different sections.
The IG visited women ward, art therapy center and library and met with people,including women, and inquired about their health.
Talking to the administrative staff, the IG said the Fountain House was doing a great job and facilities being provided by the Fountain House were of good standard.
He said the Fountain House was taking effective measures regarding treatment and training of affected-people.

The IG on behalf of the Punjab Police promised complete cooperation and assistance to the Fountain House.
Later,the IG presented a souvenir to the management of the Fountain House while they also presented him artwork as a gift made by patients. He also wrote his views in the visitor's book of the Fountain House.
Meanwhile, IG Syed Kaleem Imam paid a surprised visit to the Race Course Police Station and checked performance of the staff, front desk and duty chart.
He directed officers and personnel to deal with the public in a courteous manner and perform their duty with honesty and dedication.
