Says no one could stop construction of water reservoir in Pakistan after the apex court decision
LAHORE- (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News- 23rd March 2019) Former Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is an honest person and his integrity is out of question.
He was speaking at dam fundraising ceremonies held in different cities of Canada. The ceremony was held in connection with Pakistan Day. PTI Senator Faisal Javed also attended the event which raised $425,786 donations for dam building.
According to local tv reports, ex-CJP praised Khan and declared him an honest man. He said after the apex court decision on building water reservoirs, no one could stop now their construction.
Two bats bearing signatures of Prime Minister Imran Khan were sold at price of $30,000 and $35,000 respectively.
Senator Faisal said Pakistan was a peaceful country and it did not want to indulge with any conflict with its neighbors. He said the country will emerge as Asian tiger under the leadership of Imran Khan.
