Imran Khan’s Two Wives, Bushra And Reham, Among List Of Most Googled People

The results are based on search terms that had the highest spike in 2018 as compared to the previous year.

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 13th December, 2018) The two wives of Prime Minister Imran Khan are among the most searched personalities on Google in 2018.

According to Google Trends Year in Search 2018, first Lady Bushra Bibi topped the list of most googled person in 2018 while prime minister’s ex-wife Reham Khan stood fourth.

The results are based on search terms that had the highest spike in 2018 as compared to the previous year.

Following Bushra Bibi, the most searched personality in Pakistan in 2018 was Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle.

Meghan is known for her role in tv show series ‘Suits’. The Royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in May was among the most talked about and reported events of the year.

The former Suits star has announced that the Royal Couple is expecting their first child.

Third on the list was singer and model Meesha Shafi who stirred a controversy after accusing fellow singer Ali Zafar of sexual harassment.

Meesha’s allegations gave hype to the #MeToo movement in Pakistan. She also received support from the United Nations women in ’Me Too’ campaign.

Prime Minister Imran Khan’s ex-wife Reham Khan was fourth on the list as she was widely discussed during the year for making startling revelations about her marriage to Imran Khan in her book. Since then she has been highly criticising the prime minister and his government.

Next on the list were American actor Sylvester Stallone known for his role in Rambo, Bollywood’s Sonali Bendre as she was diagnosed with cancer, economist Atif Mian who was appointed in PM Khan’s economic advisory council but later removed for his Ahmadi sect.

Next came PML-N’s Hanif Abbasi who was awarded life sentence in Ephedrine case.

Pakistani drama star Iqra Aziz who rose to fame after her role in Suno Chanda came next while Canadian-born Indian-American actress and model Sunny Leone stood at tenth number in the list.
