IMSciences Wins HEC Best Management Book Of The Year Award

Adnan Malik and Dr. Karim Ullah, Professors at the Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance, Institute of Management Sciences (CEIF IMSciences) won the prestigious best management book of the year award announced by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Nov, 2017 ) :Adnan Malik and Dr. Karim Ullah, Professors at the Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance, Institute of Management Sciences (CEIF IMSciences) won the prestigious best management book of the year award announced by the Higher education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

The award is part of the HEC national awards for outstanding researchers in 2015/16, which includes recognition of the authors in a ceremony and a cash prize in Islamabad. The book titled, Introduction to Takaful: Theory and Practice, introduces the readers with a comprehensive account of theory and practice of Takaful, which is an Islamic alternative to insurance.

The director IMsciences, Dr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan, said that he found an interesting combination of academic excellence and industry expertise in the book, which gives a profound presentation of Takaful as a discipline and as a practice.
