Inauguration Of Digital Future AI School On 14th

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Aug, 2024) University of South Asia Lahore Vice Chancellor Mian Imran Masood will inaugurate Digital Future AI School on Independence Day (14 August 2024).

The ceremony will take place at Bashir Mansion, 2 Turner Road, beside AG Office Gate, Lahore.

This groundbreaking educational institution, founded by Zaheer Ahmad Meer, aims to revolutionise the educational landscape by providing free IT and AI education to underprivileged children and youth aged 6 to 19 years. The school is dedicated to bridging the digital divide in Pakistan, empowering the nation's youth with the tools and skills they need to escape the cycle of poverty and child labor.

The event marks a significant milestone in the mission to support the 33.3 million out-of-school children in Pakistan through advanced technology and quality education.

At the Digital Future AI School, students will have access to Google Chromebooks and Google Workspace, enabling them to learn the latest IT skills and prepare for the challenges of the digital age. The school is inspired by the incredible work of Pakistani icons like Abdul Sattar Edhi, Amjad Saqib.

The ceremony will include a detailed presentation on the school's vision, a tour of the facilities, and a demonstration of the advanced educational tools that will be used in the curriculum.
