Indian hackers target Pakistani news websites

The websites of various media outlets, including Channel 24, The Nation, Nayi Baat, Daily Pakistan, were targeted by Indian hackers.

According to details, the websites of various media outlets, including Channel 24, The Nation, Nayi Baat, Daily Pakistan, were targeted by Indian hackers.

Following the Pulwama attack that killed 40 Indian soldiers in Kashmir, New Delhi has resorted to cyber attacks on Pakistan.

The websites of Channel 24, The Nation, Nayi Baat, Daily Pakistan, Lahore Rang and other newspapers and news channels underwent a cyber attack.

The websites showed the Indian flag in background with a message: Hindustan Zindabad! We salute our soldiers.

The website hacked by “D3VIL S3C” called themselves “Mallu cyber soldiers”.

Indian hackers on Saturday attacked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website as a result of which it was blocked in Netherlands, UK and several other European countries.

Foreign Office confirmed the Indian cyber attack.

FO spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal maintained that India is attacking Pakistan through various means however; this tact of Indian hackers will also be made unsuccessful.

Diplomatic sources say that the Indians are terrified from Kulbhushan Jadhav case and the negotiations between Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and Pakistan and are making such absurd attempts to divert attention.

The tensions between India and Pakistan soared after Pulwama attack in Kashmir.

At least 44 Indian paramilitary soldiers were killed in Indian-occupied Kashmir in one the deadliest attacks.

The attack saw explosives packed inside a van rip through buses in a convoy of 78 vehicles carrying some 2,500 members of the paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

Two blue buses carrying around 35 people each bore the brunt of the massive blast, heard miles away, around 20 kilometres from the city of Srinagar on the main highway to Jammu.
