International Police Association (IPA) has pledged to help the policemen in Pakistan, from the rank of a constable to the high official, to resolve their genuine grievances
KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Feb, 2018 ) :International Police Association (IPA) has pledged to help the policemen in Pakistan, from the rank of a constable to the high official, to resolve their genuine grievances.
These views were expressed by Assistant Treasurer Pakistan Section of IPA, Shahla Qureshi while talking to APP on Tuesday. She also informed that the police officials and constable in large number attended the 28th General Body meeting of IPA Sindh Region which held at Saleem Wahidi Auditorium Clifton here on Saturday.
Former chief of Sindh Police Wajid Ali Durrani chaired the meeting while Chairman Sindh Region of IPA, DIG Abdul Khaliq Sheikh, Deputy Director Admin FIA Karachi Robin Yamin, Former AIGP Ghulam Subhani, Former IGP Sindh Ghulam Shabir Sheikh, AIGP Ghulam Rasool Sand, SSP Faizullah Korejo, DSP Ms.
Shireen, DSP Shehla Ghani, SP City division Shahla Qureshi and other notables attended the meeting, she added. She said that the on duty as well as retire policemen can become member of this organization, which is, she said an active social welfare organization of the policemen across the globe.
She said that the IPA is determined to make all out efforts to help the policemen resolve their problem while they are on duty or after their retirement from service. The IPA which had been introduced in Pakistan by the former chief of Sindh police Dr Shoaib Suddle in 1996, which now has 60 countries as its members all over the world, she said.
