Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Admin Urged To Implement Approved Vegetable, Fruits Rate List

Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration Friday asked the consumers to follow approved rate list of fruits and vegetables issued by Islamabad Market Committee (IMC) and report the overcharging vendors of federal capital
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2019 ) :Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration Friday asked the consumers to follow approved rate list of fruits and vegetables issued by Islamabad Market Committee (IMC) and report the overcharging vendors of Federal capital.
A spokesman of ICT Friday asked consumers to inform the authorities at 051-4867762; 051-9108084 in case of any complaint against the shopkeepers Islamabad market has announced price list of vegetables and fruits for the markets of the federal capital and asked the people to lodge complaints against the profiteers and hoarders.
The rate list of vegetables in Islamabad except for Jinnah Super, Super and Kohsar markets are as follows: Potato Rs 22/24 per Kg, Onion Rs 34/38, Tomato Rs 24/28, Ginger Rs 234/236,� Garlic (Desi) Rs 104/106, Garlic China Rs168/170, Lemon (Desi) Rs 230/235, Lady Finger Rs 28/30, Pumpkin Rs 20/24, Brinjal Rs 18/20, Peas Rs 76/80, Farsh Bean Rs 44/46, Tenda (Walaiti) Rs 18/20,Tenda Desi Rs 30/32, Cucumber Rs 12/14, Capsicum Rs 28/30, Green Chilli Rs 28/30, Cauliflower Rs 45/48, Cabbage Rs 56/60, Bitter Gourd Rs 34/36, Green Zucchini Rs 20/22, Spinach Rs 10/12, Turnip Rs 22/24,Maroo Rs 12/14, Radish Rs 10/12, Yam Rs 50/52, Carrot (China) Rs 18/20, Chicken Rs 170 and Eggs 84 per dozen.
Likewise, he said rates of fruit per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple Kilo Irani Rs 160/165, Apple Golden Rs 100/110, Apple (White) Rs 80/90, Apple (Ambri) Rs 80/90, Apple Turkey Rs 260/265, Banana Pak Rs 135/140, Mango Malda Rs 70/80, Mango, Sindri Rs 120/130, Mango Langra Rs 70/80,� Mango Dosehri Rs 80/90, Yellow Melon Rs 30/33, White Melon Rs 30/33, Sweet Melon Rs 30/33, Peach Special Rs 120/125, Peach two Layer� Rs 80/90,� Peach Three Layer Rs 60/75, date Irani Rs 165/170, Date Pakistani Rs 110/125, Cantaloupe Rs 60/65, Cherry Rs 200/210, Water Melon Rs 27/30 and Loukat Rs 65/70.
