Says he played no role, it was a mission that has been accomplished.
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 18th August, 2018) Imran Khan’s close friend and party leader Jahangir Tareen has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) 100-day plan is ready.
He said that he played no role. "It was a mission that has been accomplished. I have finished my work," he said.
“I know that everyone’s intentions are pure. I am going out of the county on August 21. Now that Imran Khan has been elected as the prime minister, I will stay at home, do farming and run my business,” he added.
The PTI fell a few seats short of getting a simple majority in the general elections as it secured 116 seats.
In such a scenario, independent candidates always come for the rescue and senior PTI leader Jahangir Tareen made all out efforts to get independent candidates join Imran Khan’s party.
Jahangir Tareen even brought independent candidates to Bani Gala in his private jet which became the centre of attention.
