Journalists stage walk out to protest killing of journalist

The journalists staged a token out from press gallery of the KP Assembly as mark of protest against brutal killing of Sohail Khan at Haripur here on Thursday.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Oct, 2018 ) :The journalists staged a token out from press gallery of the KP Assembly as mark of protest against brutal killing of Sohail Khan at Haripur here on Thursday.

Provincial Minister Akbar Ayub Khan came out and assured the protesting journalists of conducting an impartial inquiry of the incident and awarding exemplary punishment to culprits.

Later on, the Speaker KP assembly, Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani directed IGP KP to submit report of the case by Friday in the House. prayer for eternal peace of the victims was also offered.
