Judges-Transfer

KARACHI,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -5th Sep,2016) : A total of 15 judges of the subordinate judiciary of Sindh have been transfered and posted by the High Court of Sindh here on Monday. These transfer and postings of the Civil Judges and Judicial Magistrates have been ordered with the approval of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh, a press release said.

According to orders of transfer and postings of civil judges/magistrate, Abdul Kaleem Memon has been transferred from Sanghar to Jacobabad and Ms. Kashmala from Hyderabad to Matiari. Ghulam Abbas Memon has been transferred from Thatta to Karachi South, Nizamuddin has been transferred from Karachi South to Malir against the post lying vacant.

Muhammad Abid has been transferred from Shahdadpur to Hyderabad, Ms.

Zashia Rehman from Karachi Central to Karachi East. Muhammad Akmal has been transferred from Tando Adam to Thatta, Muhammad Bux Chang from Mirpurkhas to Naushero Feroze, Din Muhammad Magsi from Miro Khan to Mirpurkhas, Ms.

Ambreen Sultan from Matiyari to Karachi Central and Irfan Ali Khowaja from Karachi East to Matiari. Ms. Tabassum Shah has been transferred from Naushero Feroze to Karachi Central, Salamat Ali Soomro from Karachi Central to Sanghar and Muhammad Amir from Jacobabad to Karachi Central against the post lying vacant.
