Judicial Remand Of Imran Farooq Murder Accused Extended

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2016 ) : Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday extended judicial remand of accused Mohsin Ali, Moazzam Ali and Khalid Shamim till October 6 in Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
The court expressed displeasure over non-appointment of Prosecutor resulting delay in case hearing.
The Investigation Officer informed the court that FIA was conveyed about the court orders regarding appointment of Prosecutor.
The court ordered the Director CTD Cell in FIA to appear before the court and clarify the position. The court extended the judicial remand of three accused for 14 days. APP/muk/anm
