Justice (R) Hamid Farooq Durrani Appointed As Chairman KP Service Tribunal

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has appointed former judge of Peshawar High Court (PHC), Justice (R), Hamid Farooq Durrani as Chairman, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal Peshawar for a period of three years.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has appointed former judge of Peshawar High Court (PHC), Justice (R), Hamid Farooq Durrani as Chairman, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal Peshawar for a period of three years.

According to a notification issued here on Friday, the decision has been taken in exercise of powers conferred under Section 3 (b)(2) of the Khyber Pakthunkwa Service Tribunal Act 1974 and in consultation withChief Justice of Peshawar High Court.

Justice (R) Hamid Farooq Durrani has also served as Chief Ehtesab Commissioner till Oct 2018 at KP Ehtesab Commission.
