Lahore High Court adjourns hearing of expired stents case till Oct 7

Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Ali Baqar Najafi on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of expired dated stents case of Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) till October 7

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2021 ) :Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Ali Baqar Najafi on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of expired dated stents case of Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) till October 7.

During the proceedings, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted its reply and stated that the agency had registered FIR against the responsible and proceeding in this regard was underway.

The court handed over the copy of FIA reply to the petitioner and summoned him forarguments in next date of hearing.
