Lahore High Court Bench Refuses To Hear Pleas Against Acceptance Of ASWJ Ameer Papers

Lahore High Court (LHC) division bench Tuesday refused to hear petitions against acceptance of nomination papers of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) Ameer Maulana Ahmad Ludhianvi, due to personal reasons.
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jul, 2018 ) :Lahore High Court (LHC) division bench Tuesday refused to hear petitions against acceptance of nomination papers of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) Ameer Maulana Ahmad Ludhianvi, due to personal reasons.
The bench referred the petitions to the LHC chief justice with a request to fix them before another appropriate bench.
The petitions were fixed for hearing before a bench comprising Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza and Justice Jawad Hassan.
Fida Hussain, the petitioner, had filed two separate petitions against acceptance of nomination papers of Maulana Ahmad Ludhianvi for NA-115 and PP-126. The petitioner had pleaded with the bench to reject the nomination papers of the respondent as he did not disclose complete facts.
