Lahore High Court judge has recused himself from hearing case filed against Prime Minister Imran Khan.Justice Shahid Kareem has recused himself from hearing miscellaneous plea seeking provision of expenditure details of Prime Minister Imran Khan's foreign country visits
Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd May, 2019) Lahore High Court judge has recused himself from hearing case filed against Prime Minister Imran Khan.Justice Shahid Kareem has recused himself from hearing miscellaneous plea seeking provision of expenditure details of Prime Minister Imran Khan's foreign country visits.Court has sent the file to Chief Justice Lahore High Court to fix the case in another court.Justice Shahid Kareem during hearing of miscellaneous plea filed by lawyer's foundation for justice remarked that he doesn't want to hear this case.Petitioner A K Dogar said that why his every case is sent to another court when it is fixed for hearing .
Justice Shahid Kareem remarked, "This is his discretionary power and he does not want to hear this case".Petitioner took the plea that PM Imran Khan had promised the nation that he will not use special planes.Khan had claimed that he will prefer to commit suicide to taking loans from the IMF as begging in islam is forbidden but he sought 3 billion Dollars from the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Children in Thar are suffering from malnutrition while PM is living a luxurious life and spending millions of rupees besides using special jets.Petitioner prayed court that court should seek details of expenditures that were spent on 9 foreign visits of PM Imran Khan.
