LG Commission Holds Meeting

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -22nd Sep,2016) : A meeting of Local Government Commission Thursday discussed ADP of District Tank for the year 2015-16 and the complaints received from various district and Tehsil Councils.
The meeting chaired by Senior Minister for Local Government (LG) Inayat Ullah among others was attended by members of the commission, MPAs Sardar Muhammad Idris and Mehmood Bhattani, Secretary Law, Muhammad Arifeen, Secretary LG, Syed Jamal uddin Shah, Dr Iqabal Khalil, Shumaila Tabassum and Director General LG.
The Commission sought the written statements of District Nazims Peshawar and Torghar within one week and said that all the complaints would be processed according to rule of law. Speaking on the occasion, Inayat Ullah said that merit system has been established due to government's policy of non interference and masses are getting basic amenities of life at their doorsteps.
