Loan Being Taken From Friendly Countries To Be Utilized On Public Welfare Schemes: Vawda

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Oct, 2018 ) :Federal Minister for Water Resources, Faisal Vawda on Tuesday said Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), government would utilize the loan being taken from friendly countries for public welfare schemes.
The previous governments including Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), had been using the loans for personal gains, he stated while talking to a private news channel.
The PTI government would not make any compromise or do NRO with corrupt elements, he said adding these political parties including PPP and PML-N leaders had been using the tool of democracy and laws for their personal interests.
They (political leaders), had been involved in money laundering, purchasing assets in foreign countries besides other corruption activities, he said.
Vawda said the PTI government believed in corruption free environment, truth and honesty.
He said no corruption, fraud, or dishonesty would be tolerated in PTI's new Pakistan.
To a question, the minister said people would see change in coming days.
