Local Court Grants Bail To Suspect In Ramzan Ghanchi Firing Case

A local court in Karachi Monday granted interim bail to suspect Ali Nawaz Soomro while hearing his bail plea in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) from Sindh, Ramzan Ghanchi firing case

KARACHI (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 11th February, 2019) A local court in Karachi Monday granted interim bail to suspect Ali Nawaz Soomro while hearing his bail plea in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) from Sindh, Ramzan Ghanchi firing case.The bail was granted against a surety bond of Rs100,000.

Furthermore, the court summoned Ali Nawaz Soomro again on February 14.

The accused had appeared before the court after getting protective bail from the high court.It is pertinent here to mention that Ramzan Ghanchi was earlier wounded in a gun attack while he was sitting outside his office in Ghass Mandi area of Karachi.The victim was shifted to Civil Hospital in injured condition.

The attacker managed to escape from the scene afterwards. Ali Nawaz Soomro was named as the prime suspect in the incident. NNI
