Malakand University Organises Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW) Conference

The Department of Islamic Studies of University of Malakand on Monday organized Seerat un Nabi (SAW) conference here in convocation hall in which large number of students and faculty members participated.
The chief guest , Prof Dost Mohammed former Director of Sheikh Zayed Islamic Center University of Peshawar discussed various aspects of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) life. He highlighted the importance of giving Islamic education to youth and its importance to establish exemplary society. He said that the Seerat of the Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and the Quran are essentially synonymous.
Quran is the mirror in which the full-fledged life picture of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) can be seen.
The Dean of Arts and Humanities, UOM Prof Dr Attaurrahman, Dean of physical sciences, UOM Prof Dr Rashid Ahmad, Dean of social sciences UOM Dr Arab Naz thanked the distinguished guest speaker and grace the occasion.
They stressed the need of understanding true message of islam and teachings of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
