QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Mar, 2018 ) :Senior Deputy President PML-N Balochistan Chapter Senator Sardar Yaqoob Khan Nasir Tuesday said March 23 holds a key role in independence of Pakistan, a resolution was envisioned and passed by forefathers of Pakistan, led by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah himself, the dream of Pakistan perceived by Allama Muhammad Iqbal was transformed into a resolution March 23, 1940, and after seven years of restless efforts, our dear country came into existence due to the hard work of great leaders.

While talking to APP in an interview here Tuesday he said that in order to remember our history and to acknowledge the efforts done by our great leaders, it is of utmost importance that such historical days must be celebrated.

He said that patriotic youth of Balochistan will be celebrating Pakistan day enthusiastically this time also across whole province. He said "business and investment activities in the province are getting boom under China- Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), sports grounds are reviving while peace is being restored in the province so few incidents cannot put negative impact.

He said cowardice activities of terrorists were showing their frustration as they could not see Balochistan as a flourished and prosperous province. Paying rich tribute to martyred security officers in recent terrorist attacks in province, he said the Police and other security officials were endangering their lives to ensure safety of citizens.

He said that Pakistan is a country with diverse cultural heritage, where people of different sects, ethnic groups and casts are living together under one flag. He said terrorist were taking last breath in Pakistan, the whole country is now united in this ongoing war against terrorism and extremism.

He said incumbent government is taking all possible steps for sustainable socio-economic development of Balochistan and its people.
