Mayor Multan Extols Budget

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2017 ) : Municipal Corporation Multan Mayor Naveedul Haq Araen lauded the budget and termed it a people-friendly which would ensure matchless development in the country.

Talking to APP here on Friday, he said the government had presented the best budget and the government focused on the agriculture sector also which was backbone of the country's economy.

He said big allocations in the agriculture sector would also improve financial condition of farmers and peasants.

Naveed also appreciated funds for clean drinking water and also praised endowment fund for the disaster management. Tuition fee reimbursement for students of backward areas was also a big step which would promote education especially in South Punjab. Reduction in taxes on poultry would also facilitate the masses, he said.
