Mayor Sukkur Pays Glowing Tribute To APS Martyrs

Ayor Sukkur, Arslan Shaikh Friday reviewed the arrangements of graceful ceremony which will hold at Municipal Stadium Sukkur to pay homage to the martyrs of APS Peshawar.

He reviewed this while presiding over a meeting at DC office here.

where tableaus and national songs were presented by the children from various schools to pay tribute to the martyrs on December 16.

The ceremony would start with Pakistan's national anthem whereas the one minute silent would also observe.

Speaking the event Mayor Sukkur said that after the tragedy, the political parties and the Pakistan Army confronted the threat collectively with the support of the nation and defeated it.

Mayor Sukkur, Arslan islam Shaikh praying for the martyrs, he said the whole nation recognized the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and other security forces in their successes against terrorism and the innocent martyrs will always remain in the heart of the nation.
