Medical College Student Commits Suicide Out Of Depression

The student was in his final year of MBBS at Khyber Medical College
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th February, 2019) Depression and anxiety are very common these days. Be it a common man or a high profile celebrity, most of the people seem to be suffering from depression in one way or the other.
We have seen various people committing suicide due to depression as well.
Sometimes the people who appear the most energetic and lively to us are the ones who are the victims of such mental illnesses.
In a related incident, a student of Khyber Medical College has allegedly committed suicide because of depression.
The student was in his final year of MBBS at the college.
Tasneem Anjum, belonged to Mardan area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Police officials said that the youth committed suicide because of depression. However, they said it is too early to say something about the incident.
The police are investigating the incident.
The body of the young medical student has been shifted to a local hospital for post-mortem.
The dead body will be handed over to the heirs after medico-legal formalities.
