Mentally unstable teacher beating students

Chitral, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 3rd August, 2016) : A school teacher was torturing student of the school for no reason in Chitral. Police took action on the complaint of parents against the teacher and arrested him.

Police found proof against him in the CCTV footage in which he was beating students with a thin wood stick. After arrest, police came to know that the teacher was mentally sick.
