Minister Inaugurates Online Collection Service At PESSI

LAHORE, Dec 15 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Dec, 2018 ) :Punjab Minister for Labour and Human Resources Ansar Majeed Khan has inaugurated the online collection system at Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI).
The launching ceremony was arranged at Arfa Karim Tower in which Secretary Labour Sara Aslam, Commissioner Punjab Employees Social Security Institution Saqib Manan, Chairman P&D and PITB Habib-ur-Rehman, Bank of Punjab representative Waqar Anees and officers of PITB participated.
The minister said the basic purpose of this mobile application was to facilitate the business community and labourers.
This was prime priority of the government to provide basic rights to labourers, he said and added that announcement of labour policy, initiative to eradicate child labour and online collection system were the main targets of 100 days agenda.
He said that according to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, all departments were trying to provide maximum facilities to public. "We are monitoring all initiatives directly for basic rights of labours in commercial institutions," he added.
Chairman Planning & Development and Punjab Information board Habib-ur-Rehman said this service had been designed in a short time with the help of PESSI, PITB and Bank of Punjab to facilitate public maximum, adding that now employees could avail any online facility without any hassle.
The minister distributed certificates and shields among officers for performing best in designing the service.
