Minister Takes Notice Of Reduced Water Supply In Quetta

Balochistan Minister for Public Health Engineering Noor Muhammad Domar on Monday took notice of the reduced water supply to consumers in the city and sought reply from Secretary PHE and Managing Director WASA in this regard.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Oct, 2018 ) :Balochistan Minister for Public Health Engineering Noor Muhammad Domar on Monday took notice of the reduced water supply to consumers in the city and sought reply from Secretary PHE and Managing Director WASA in this regard.
Domar while expressing concern over shortage of water in the province said that we are public representatives and elected to serve the citizens. The government is taking measures to end water crisis, he added.
He directed concerned officials to overview the issue of water supply and also appealed to the public to clear their water bills' dues on time.
The minister said that provincial government and Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal were fully committed to overcome the water shortage issue of the province.
In this regard work on various projects for the construction of small and big dams are in process, he added.
He said, "Provision of clean drinking water is the priority of the government and urgedmasses not to waste water and other natural resources.
