Mother, son killed in road accident in Lahore

A woman and her toddler were killed while her brother injured in a road accident at Shahdara Morh near Ravi bridge here on Tuesday.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jul, 2018 ) :A woman and her toddler were killed while her brother injured in a road accident at Shahdara Morh near Ravi bridge here on Tuesday.

Police said Zahid along with his sister Arooj (22) and her one and a half year old son Danial was riding a motorcycle when a rashly driven truck hit them near Ravi bridge.

As a result, both mother and son died on the spot while Zahid sustained injuries who was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The truck driver fled the scene. Investigation was underway.
