Motorcyle may be used in Raiwind blast: DIG Police

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Operations Dr Haider Ashraf Wednesday said probably a motorcyle was used by terrorists to target the police camp in Raiwind injuring over 20 persons, including policemen.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2018 ) :Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Operations Dr Haider Ashraf Wednesday said probably a motorcyle was used by terrorists to target the police camp in Raiwind injuring over 20 persons, including policemen.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the police were investigating the matter. The police were deployed in the area to provide security to a congregation being held in Raiwand, he added. The DIG said dozens of vehicle were also damaged in the blast.
