MPA From PK 62 Kohistan-II Resigns From Seat Of KP Assembly

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2017 ) : The Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from constituency No. PK 62 Kohistan-II Muhammad Usmatullah has resigned from his seat in the Assembly on March 13.
A notification of provincial Assembly Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued here said that as a consequence thereof the seat has become vacant in terms of Article 64(1) read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
