Muharram Peacefully Observed Due To Govt's Strategy: Minister

Punjab Minister for Irrigation Mohsin Khan Leghari has said that 10 days of Muharram were observed peacefully due to government's comprehensive strategy.

RAJANPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2018 ) :Punjab Minister for Irrigation Mohsin Khan Leghari has said that 10 days of Muharram were observed peacefully due to government's comprehensive strategy.

During his visit to Rajanpur on Saturday, he said that the Punjab chief minister had given him the assignment of checking security arrangements in DG Khan division.

Leghari said that he paid visits to control rooms set up at district headquarters and took briefing from officials.

He hailed 100 per cent implementation of the workplan, made by the administration for Muharram.

He pledged solution to the problems identified during his visit to DHQ and Tehsil Headquarters hospitals to provide basic health facilities to masses.

On this occasion, MPA Farooq Amanullah Dareshak, Commissioner DG Khan division and other officials were present.
