Multan Chamber Of Commerce And Industry Chief Wants More Saving Schemes For Students Welfare

President Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) Muhamamd Sarfaraz has urged the government to launch saving schemes on the pattern of Student Welfare Bond.
Speaking at 24th draw of Rs 100 denomination students welfare prize bond at State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) here on Thursday, Muhammad Sarfaraz said that the scheme was affordable for students as well as the poor.
He said that National Savings has inculcated the habit of saving in students through the scheme, which was a welcome gesture.
Earlier draws for 1,203 prizes were held wherein bond no 449000 won the first prize of Rs 700,000, while bond numbers 021410, 390120 and 517366 clinched the second prize of Rs 200,000, each.
