Multan Development Authority Seals School Building On Violation Of Rules

Enforment cell of the Multan Development Authority (MDA) sealed a domestic building which was being used commercially without approval of map at Ghous-i-Azam Road near Pul Wasil Wala here on Wednesday.
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2018 ) :Enforment cell of the Multan Development Authority (MDA) sealed a domestic building which was being used commercially without approval of map at Ghous-i-Azam Road near Pul Wasil Wala here on Wednesday.
An official of the MDA said that the building owned by two brothers- Ilyas Siddiqi, an employee of the Multan board and Imran Siddiqi, was being used by a private school in violation of authority's rules.
He said that the MDA had issued the owners notice after telling them that no domestic building could be used for commercial purposes without map approval and paying commercialisation fee to the MDA.
The owners neither followed the instructions nor followed rules of the MDA upon which the building was sealed today, he said adding that a team of enforment cell also removed encroachments from Eid Gah and Chowk Rasheedabad.
