Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) upgraded 552 transformers with Rs 132 million funds during the fiscal year 2018-19
MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th May, 2019 ) : Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) upgraded 552 transformers with Rs 132 million funds during the fiscal year 2018-19.
According to MEPCO spokesperson, the transformers were upgraded to provide new connections to consumers and improvement of system.
As many as 161 transformers were upgraded with Rs 30 million in Multan circle, 42 at DG Khan with Rs 13 million, 67 at Bahawalpur with Rs 8.9 million, 10 at Sahiwal with Rs 3 lakh, 117 at Rahim Yar Khan with Rs 29.3 million, 43 at Muzaffargarh with Rs 7.1 million, 76 at Bahawalnagar with Rs 7.9 million and 36 transformers were upgraded with Rs 8 million during July 2018 to April 2019.
