Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi Confiscates Two Truck Loaded With Goods

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi (MCR) confiscated two loaded trucks from different areas of the city under its ongoing anti-encroachment drive
A spokesman of the corporation told APP that the teams of MCR raided at Murree Road, Committee Chowk, Iqbal Road, liaquat road and removed illegal sheds, cemented constructions, banners, cleared footpaths and confiscated two loaded trucks with goods.
Spokesman said the enforcement staff would continue the operation and violators would be fined besides confiscating their goods, adding that despite repeated warnings, the encroachments have not been removed.
Now onward strict action in accordance with the law would be taken, the spokesman added.
