Mushtaq-ul-Islam Booked Under Public Safety Act, Shifted To Kot Bhalwal

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jul, 2018 ) :The authorities slapped black law Public Safety Act (PSA) on senior liberation leader, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Friday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Mushtaq-ul-Islam was arrested on July 16 and was lodged at Batamaloo police station in Srinagar. The authorities booked him under draconian law and shifted him to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.
It is 37th time that PSA has been invoked against him.
Meanwhile, Hurriyet leaders including Shabbir Ahmed Dar, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo and Yasmeen Raja expressing serious concern over the slapping of PSA on Mushtaq-ul-Islam have urged the international community to take notice of the worst situation of occupied Kashmir which had been converted by Indian authorities into a police state.
They also demanded release of all Kashmiri political prisoners languishing in different jails.
