Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th March, 2019) PPP's leader Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar has said that the statement of information minister regarding provision of loans and employment to leaders banned organizations is against national interest .Khokhar , who is also the spokesman to the Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, said in his statement issued on Thursday that the admittance of information minister is the reflection of PM Imran Khan's claim that he does not recognize any National Action Plan.He said that when there is a need to eliminate the nurseries of extremism and terrorism, the government is planning on mainstreaming banned organizations.
The issue regarding bringing the banned outfits into mainstream should be discussed in the Parliament."Who would guarantee that these people who have been breaking law for a long time will not do the same again.
There is no such thing as good or bad Taliban", Senator added. He said that the nation paid heavy cost due to shying away such important decisions from the Parliament in the past. He said that avoiding NAP would be a dangerous move to make.
Dealing with extremism and terrorism is too serious an issue to be left to the jester ministers of PM 's cabinet and should be dealt in the Parliament, he concluded.
