According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-100 Chiniot-ll constituency with 76415 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Azhar Qayyum Nahra was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 89826 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Ch Bilal Ijaz who got 70318 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-100. In 2013 elections, there were 288271 voters registered in NA-100, out of which 184883 votes were polled out.
