According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-109 Faisalabad-lX constituency with 122905 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Nasar Iqbal Bosal was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 135501 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Nazar Muhammad Gondal who got 44528 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-109. In 2013 elections, there were 384637 voters registered in NA-109, out of which 212922 votes were polled out.
