Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Hammad Azhar has won NA-126 with 105734 votes.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Hammad Azhar has won NA-126 with 105734 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-126 Lahore-IV constituency with 105734 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Shafqat Mehmood was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 97785 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Khawaja Ahmad Hassan who got 90332 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-126. In 2013 elections, there were 359492 voters registered in NA-126, out of which 196045 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 55 %. Detailed results can be found here
