According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-134 Lahore-Xll constituency with 76291 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Sardar Muhammad Irfan Dogar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 44397 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Khan Sher Akbar Khan who got 41103 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-134. In 2013 elections, there were 250183 voters registered in NA-134, out of which 151990 votes were polled out.
