According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-136 Lahore-XlV constituency with 88831 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Chudhary Bilal Ahmed Virk was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 73775 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League candidate Shahid Manzoor Gill who got 36238 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-136. In 2013 elections, there were 285503 voters registered in NA-136, out of which 174787 votes were polled out.
