According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-171 Bahawalpur-ll constituency with 99202 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate SARDAR MUHAMMAD AMJAD FAROOQ KHAN KHOSA was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 62849 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate KHAWAJA SHEERAZ MEHMOOD who got 57276 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-171. In 2013 elections, there were 347789 voters registered in NA-171, out of which 0 votes were polled out.
